MD is a not-for-profit organization, consisting of three people:

- J.W. Rensema, medical artist

- G.H.J. van Wunnik, film/video director

- Prof. Dr. R. Remie, laboratory animal welfare officer

Besides the own expertise, MD has access to the outside know-how from universities and industry.
